You will find the studio on the first floor of the Gold Building, also known as Galleria Towers, near Colorado Blvd and Exposition and south of Hilton Garden Inn.

Park in the garage on Level B and enter through the glass doors. For a first appointment, leave enough time to find Suite 125-A and settle in before instruction begins. The studio operates by appointment, so reserve before traveling to the building.

Private Pilates is one instructor working with one client on the Classical Pilates system. A single private session is $95. New clients can begin with three private sessions for $180, giving them time to learn the Reformer and other equipment before choosing what comes next.

Small-group equipment classes are $40 and capped at five clients. Sessions use the Reformer, Tower, and Wunda Chair within the Classical Pilates method. The limited class size supports instruction without turning the session into a private lesson.
