New to Pilates?
If you are just getting started, we recommend beginning with a one-on-one introductory session. It is the perfect way to get comfortable with the equipment, learn the basics and see how we can support your goals. From there, continue with private sessions, invite a friend for a duet, or join one of our small group classes.
Studio classes are not appropriate for individuals with injuries or specific medical conditions, including but not limited to herniated discs, scoliosis, spinal fusion or joint replacements (hips or knees). If you have any injuries or concerns, please call the studio to discuss private session options tailored to your needs.
No private required
Pilates Mat
No private lesson is required to join our Pilates Mat or mobility classes. Build strength and sculpt your body with a dynamic workout designed to improve balance and stability. Mat is the hardest part of the method — and you can take it anywhere you travel.

Small group class questions
How many people are in a small group class?+
Classes are intentionally small. Reformer classes have a maximum of 4 clients, Tower classes a maximum of 5, and Pilates Mat classes a maximum of 6, so you always get hands-on instruction.
Do I need private sessions before joining a group class?+
We strongly recommend the New Client Intro Pack — two private one-on-one sessions — before joining small group equipment classes. It teaches you the apparatus and makes sure your form is safe. Mat classes can be joined without a private lesson.
What equipment do the small group classes use?+
We program on the Reformer, Tower and Low Chair, along with classical mat work and props. Mats and props are provided by the studio.
How long are small group classes and when are they offered?+
Small group equipment classes are 50 minutes. The current weekly schedule runs Monday through Thursday in the late afternoon and evening; call the studio for the most up-to-date times.
What does a small group class cost?+
A single group equipment class is $40, a 5 class pack is $185 ($37 per class) and a 10 class pack is $320 ($32 per class). All packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
How do I reserve a spot?+
Book online through our scheduler or call the studio at (303) 531-0047. With only a handful of spots per class, reserving ahead is the surest way to get the time you want.
