New to Pilates? Start here!
If you’re just getting started, I recommend beginning with a one-on-one introductory session. It’s the perfect way to get comfortable with the equipment, learn the basics, and see how I can support your goals. From there, you can continue with private sessions, invite a friend for a duet, or join one of my small group classes. Whether you’re on the Reformer, Tower, or Wunda Chair, you’ll always receive guidance and never feel lost.
Studio classes are not appropriate for individuals with injuries or specific medical conditions, including but not limited to herniated discs, scoliosis, or joint replacements (such as hips or knees). If you have any injuries or concerns, please contact me directly to discuss private session options tailored to your needs.
Strength & Stretch
No private lesson is required to join our Pilates Mat, or Mobility classes! Build strength and sculpt your body with Pilates Mat, a dynamic workout designed to improve balance and stability. For a full-body reset, our Mobility class focuses on improving flexibility, releasing tension, and enhancing joint health.
Single $20 or series of 10 for $180
Small Group Tower Session
New to Pilates? This class is a great place to start. Using the Tower, we’ll work with springs, bars, and straps to gently support and challenge your body. You’ll learn the basics while building core strength, improving posture, and becoming more aware of how your body moves.
I keep class sizes small so I can give each person personalized guidance. You don’t need any experience—just come ready to move, breathe, and feel better in your body.
Injuries: These classes are not suited for anyone with injuries but not limed to herniated disc, scoliosis, hip and knee replacements ect.
Challenge Your Body. Elevate Your Practice.
These class offers a dynamic, full-body workout using Classical Pilates apparatus, including the Reformer, Tower, and Chair. With the unique support and resistance of springs, you’ll strengthen, stretch, and stabilize your body across multiple planes of movement.
