Small Group

New to Pilates?  Start here!
If you’re just getting started, I recommend beginning with a one-on-one introductory session.  It’s the perfect way to get comfortable with the equipment, learn the basics, and see how I can support your goals.  From there, you can continue with private sessions, invite a friend for a duet, or join one of my small group classes.  Whether you’re on the Reformer, Tower, or Wunda Chair, you’ll always receive guidance and never feel lost.

Studio classes are not appropriate for individuals with injuries or specific medical conditions, including but not limited to herniated discs, scoliosis, or joint replacements (such as hips or knees). If you have any injuries or concerns, please contact me directly to discuss private session options tailored to your needs.

Pilates Mat

No private lesson is required to join our Pilates Mat, or Mobility classes!  Build strength and sculpt your body with Pilates Mat, a dynamic workout designed to improve balance and stability.  Mat is the hardest part of the method and you can take it anywhere you travel.
