Clients from Denver Tech Center train with us for classical Pilates taught properly: hands-on corrections, programs built around your injuries and goals, and classes capped at six people so nobody gets lost. Whether you are rehabbing a back, undoing a desk job or chasing real strength, we start where you are.
- Private sessions from $88 with a 500+ hour classically trained instructor
- Duets from $56 per person — bring a partner or a friend
- Reformer, Tower, Low Chair and Mat group classes, six students maximum
- Free consultation for new clients, in person or virtual
- Garage parking on Level B, straight into the studio
