She works around aches and pains and is extremely careful that we get strong without aggravating our injuries. After a few months, we both feel stronger and more flexible. Denver pilates girl has been my saving grace. I cant express how much lisa has helped me. I lost my way with fitness and health from pregnancy, conditions that came with age and injuries. Denver pilates customized a work out plan virtually specifically to my needs,weaknesses and with growth as i progressed. I loved how I could choose when to do it. The program was so easy to follow. She explains everything thoroughly during the workouts how to, what not to do and and gives examples. It honestly is as if she is physically there in room with you. Im glad she was thorough about it otherwise I would of made so many mistakes. If I had questions. She would get right back with me. I love that she wants to make sure you got it and helps. You can see she has a passion to want to help others heal and be successful. I've made such great progress with this program. I didnt think I'd ever be able to be fit again , be healthy and most importantly I almost have no pain anymore. Denver pilates girl will check on your progress and change them up for you. Its fantastic. Never did I think a work out program would help be fit but also help with recoveries too. This is a double win. Program is user friendly. I would highly recommmend Denver pilates to everyone. Never too old to work out, never too hurt to help your healing and be a better you.
