Hip Mobility Drills: The hip and spine both attach to the pelvis. Oftentimes improving hip mobility will decrease the pain in the back. This makes sense that if your hips move better both your low back and hips can feel relief.

  • Perform slowing and move with confidence, trying to isolate movement at the hip as much as possible.
  • Perform the 90/90 drill 5 swipes each way
  • Perform hips circles 5 each direction on each leg
