Strength & Stretch

No private lesson is required to join our TRX, Pilates Mat, or Mobility classes!  Build strength and sculpt your body with TRX, a dynamic workout designed to improve balance and stability.  For a full-body reset, our Mobility class focuses on improving flexibility, releasing tension, and enhancing joint health.

The Pilates Studio Denver expect a tailored experience – with a small class size of two-four students.  I will ensure you are moving properly and having fun in this flowing workout class.  Mat classes incorporate all the key concepts of Pilates equipment Denver such as posture, breathing, core stability, precision movement and flexibility.

How the Apparatus Works for You
Using Pilates apparatus and spring resistance, you’ll be guided toward achieving your fitness goals. These tools are essential in helping you develop and maintain effective movement patterns that improve posture, alignment, and overall body awareness.

Session Format
Each session is thoughtfully structured to maximize your results:

  • The first half of the session is dedicated to the reformer, where you’ll engage in dynamic, flowing exercises that challenge your coordination and control.  The second half incorporates a variety of equipment, including the tower units, upholstered raised mats, barrels, and auxiliary apparatus, to target different muscle groups and refine your technique.
